With 30 Concept 2 rowing machines, a great sound system, changing rooms, showers and off street parking we are ideally situated to offer classes and corporate team building events.

Julie has worked with everyone from first time beginners to rowers who have raced in international regattas such as Henley Royal, Head of the Charles and Canadian Henley. She is passionate about fitness and brings her American style enthusiasm to every class. "I really love helping people achieve their fitness goals.
